Welcome to the Jungle

Been promising myself and other people that I'd do a pic of Le Corneille tickled. Took me about a week, actually no, longer to do this, started out with a few things here and there, then I'd scrap it, save it as a sad blank page, and leave it for another time.
This was probably the most challenging pic so far, cos for the boardies/board shorts/swimming trunks I was just going to go with one colour, like blue, then attempted to make the blue go lighter as it reaches the belt line of the shorts, then I changed my mind and wanted hawaiian flowers, so got a hold of some, pasted a huge square of it that covered the legs, the b/g (when it was blank) and some of this stomach, so I had to get rid of the excess bits, cut it off, and yeah so you have it. Then instead of tentacles like I was going to do, I went for vines, drew them in (this was like at the end so I'm not really telling the story from beginning to end XD) then decided I want a background, got a jungle background since I thought the scene suited the vines more than the bush or the forest.
Put hair on him that actually looks good to me, the dreads were fun, I did a crappy sketch of Le Corneille about three weeks ago or something, of LC laughing, and his dreadlocks were coming at you, and I really wanted that even though the pencil to paper drawing was a disappointment, so I put em in this one. I love it!
I think his face is cute, which is a rare thing for him lol
I imagine him to have pretty big feet. (you know what they say about men and big fee- *shot) lol they were kind of a pain, but easily fixed, easily fixed.
The blush line was easier than I thought. Instead of having a flat blush, I easily worked out have a lighter outline around it, then the colour for his shaded part of the skin, and that's worked out well, it look more like it's glowing now.
Aaaaand I just realised I forgot to add shading to his body and the vines.
I'll add them in in the very near future. Probably tomorrow, I just want this out there, at least %99.9 completed, I'm too excited and anxious and impatient and just OVER drawing for now (as what usually happens when I finish a big picture, which is every time now).
Now when this is done, me and a certain foxy friend of mine are doing...stuff....in the shadows....

I still think his face is cute...

I'll
